BACKGROUND AND AIMS: The best treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer at the time of diagnosis is not well known, and the medical treatment is still unsatisfactory. CASE PRESENTATION: We report the case of a patient showing a complete remission of primary tumor after medical therapy with CPT-11 plus capecitabine.
